Chris McIntyre is the CEO of Be! Everywhere You Are!, a San Diego leadership development company helping organizations nationally to maximize the “NOW” through executive seminars, coaching, and emotional intelligence development. As heard on 1040 AM, the “Soul of San Diego,” Chris is known nationally as a motivational speaker, team-builder and “peak-performance” consultant. Chris graduated from Pennsylvania State University and has a dual master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development.

Certified as an Emotional Intelligence Analyst and Executive Coach, Chris is also a certified Critical-Thinking Instructor. His diverse skills have cut across industries from Fortune 500 corporations and the United States Military, to local small businesses, colleges, detention centers and faith-based organizations. Chris is an adjunct Graduate School Professor at Alliant International University and is very active in his local community. He currently chairs the Business Advisory Board of Crawford High School’s School of Law and Business.
