is Intuitive Eating?
Intuitive
Eating is the missing link between losing weight and
keeping it off for good. Emotional overeating is the
number one cause of obesity, yet diet plans fail to
address this fact.
For
well over a decade, the Intuitive Eating approach
has helped chronic dieters and emotional overeaters
overcome this struggle, without deprivation, guilt
and obsession with food. Intuitive eaters learn how
to eat based on physical hunger, instead of outside
reasons such as time, schedule, stress and other emotional
responses. As a result, intuitive eaters are able
to return to their body’s natural weight and
maintain it.

Been There!
I
bring my own personal perspective on what it takes
to eliminate the diet mentality and overcome emotional
eating. Prior to becoming a fitness professional,
I experienced many of the same struggles my clients
and millions of women experience, from weight gain
and poor body image to disordered eating and lack
