Gillian Hood-Gabrielson is the founder and President of Healthier Outcomes. A popular and in-demand fitness and intuitive eating coach, Gillian understands the unique needs of busy women in different ages and stages of life. She is widely known for her ability to create a high degree of motivation among her clients to make exercise and intuitive eating an enjoyable and integral part of their lives.

Gillian’s customized fitness and intuitive eating programs are for women who want to start living now instead of waiting until they lose weight or get in shape. You will learn how to take back the power over food and reignite the relationship you have with your body.

    Imagine:

    • Ending the destructive “diet deprivation backlash” cycle of dieting/binging/weight gain
    • Eating the foods you love and still losing weight
    • Having a steady flow of energy all day, every day
    • No longer counting calories, carbs or fat grams and no more weighing or measuring food
    • Freeing yourself from obsession with food and making peace with your body
    • No longer experiencing guilt because of what you eat or how you look
Free yourself from guilt, shame and deprivation – get your copy of our free report, “Six Simple Steps to Guilt-Free Eating,” by visiting www.healthieroutcomes.com.

    What is Intuitive Eating?

Intuitive Eating is the missing link between losing weight and keeping it off for good. Emotional overeating is the number one cause of obesity, yet diet plans fail to address this fact.

For well over a decade, the Intuitive Eating approach has helped chronic dieters and emotional overeaters overcome this struggle, without deprivation, guilt and obsession with food. Intuitive eaters learn how to eat based on physical hunger, instead of outside reasons such as time, schedule, stress and other emotional responses. As a result, intuitive eaters are able to return to their body’s natural weight and maintain it.

    I’ve Been There!

I bring my own personal perspective on what it takes to eliminate the diet mentality and overcome emotional eating. Prior to becoming a fitness professional, I experienced many of the same struggles my clients and millions of women experience, from weight gain and poor body image to disordered eating and lack of exercise motivation. You can read my personal story here.

I fully understand that eating healthy, exercising and maintaining your weight is not an easy task for most women. For the last 14 years I have dedicated my life to educating, guiding and helping women lose weight and get in shape while learning to eat their favorite foods without feeling guilty or punishing themselves. I would love to help you overcome this struggle as well. I invite you to contact me to schedule a complementary consultation to see if my coaching is right for you.
