What is Coaching?

Coaches help their clients realize their goals and vision. In my practice, I specialize in teaching lightworkers and holistic practitioners to create a prosperous practice by sharing their unique gifts. Together, we create an action plan based on your specific goals. I then guide you step-by-step in achieving those goals. If you need help, or support, or encouragement, I am available to you.

I can help with:

Start-Up - If you are thinking about starting a practice in order to share your gifts, or are unsure about your ideas, I can help you solidify a plan and start your practice on the right foot.

Confidence – You have gifts to share with the world. It is important for your unique voice to be heard. Clients are waiting for you! If you have trouble articulating what you do for potential clients, or are nervous about the idea of talking to people about your business, I can help you break down blocks and get through those fears.

Marketing – You will have to tell people about your services; it’s the way our physical Universe works. If you hate the idea of "selling" yourself, or are having trouble getting your name out there, I can help you create a marketing plan and implement simple, inexpensive marketing strategies.

Planning and Strategy- If you feel lost in everything that needs to be done, can't seem to get ahead because your to-do list is a mile long, or have a vision for what you want to do but just can't seem to get there, I can help you set goals and create a simple strategy to achieve your vision of success.
